"The location was very convenient to access the Tube and buses. The Tesco Express downstairs was great for grabbing quick snacks and drinks. The area felt safe and overall our family had a comfortable stay. Only downside was the washer/dryer combo unit was pretty impossible to figure out and in the end I had to hang wet clothes around the unit to dry. "The rooms were clean and comfortable and we loved the community room with extra room essentials, laundry area, and storage space. The location is also very walkable and convenient. Wish there was a guest bathroom to use downstairs by the laundry/storage room. And the setup of not having a front desk, phone number, or actual people to communicate with was tricky.
