"The room and hotel was clean, and staff polite. Bed comfy, towels soft. The breakfast was OK for what we needed -but- I was unable to eat the breakfast in the dinning area after the first 2 days because of the overwhelming and pervasive smell of Lysol and room deodorizers that they were using in the area surrounding the open dinning room as they began their morning cleaning. I appreciate the effort to be clean, but even after I asked if they could wait until breakfast was over before cleaning that area, noting was done. I paid for breakfast I could not eat. Other wise the place was nice. I have stayed her twice before, but not sure about next time with the cleaning product odor during breakfast. Gotta eat."

"The mini kitchen came in handy since we brought leftovers. There was no ice bucket on the room and tbe desk clerk had to search for one. Also, there was no sugar on the coffeebar. "

"Juan, at the front desk, was pleasant, welcoming and efficient. Keep him. He's an asset to your business. All was great during my stay. Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, safe and well lit property as well. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone. And the breakfast and dining area were clean and comfortable. Pack a bag, reserve a room, and enjoy!!"

"The staff was professional. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a good variety of breakfast. The kids and I definitely got full off the fresh breakfast. We ate scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, cheese grits, waffle and bacon."

"There was only 1 ice machine for 5 floors and sometimes it was empty too. They charged my credit card for the full stay even though I had pre-paid for the stay. I reserved a King Suite, but they checked me into a Queen Suite. They did offer to move me the next day. "
