"Very poor customer service. Walked up to the counter — three staff members present, but no one looked at me. Uninterested demeanor. Cumbersome check-in process. Extremely poor English. Overall, an unwelcoming and impersonal hotel."

"Positiv: ganz gut hier praktisch, Nähe Einkauf, Stadt, Strand. Zimmer ist okay. Fehlt Geschirrtuch im Zimmer. Negativ: Kommunikation ist etwas schwierig, per email oder WhatsApp schreiben, nicht erreichbar. Grund wir sind gehörlos."
