The only issues were that the living room is massive with only 2 uncomfortable manual recliners in the middle of the room for seating. A love seat would be ideal. "The room was clean and had everything that I needed. The tv is too small it needs to be a 65'. The door to the other unit that is not in use needs taken out as the noises from the othe unit is like they are in the same roon with you. The lighting on the side of the building could be better, but all in all it was ok and I would return again. "

"What a great little place right in the heart of Cape Coral,..very affordable..I couldn't believe every room had a full kitchen with a fridge, microwave and my favorite a coffee maker! and an oven and a stove! The rooms were very big and it was very nice to have a patio also..I'm going to stay here whenever I have more work up in Cape Coral."

The building is old and there are areas where the carpet was stained and the walls were worn, but that did not distract from the room and overall experience. And the price is awesome.
