"We stumbled on this hidden gem en route to Geneva. We booked a suite for a family which was away from the main hotel we used the car a walk to the main hotel with small children would be possible but tricky. The staff were superb, the food in the restaurant exquisite, the food for the children sublime. Yes it’s expensive but it was worth it. The only thing the hotel lacks is a pool. We would definitely head back there. "

There was no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. The evening check in associate was very pleasant. The morning check in person was extremely unpleasant and seemed perturbed by foreign guests often frowning and scowling on sight. She even struggled or pretended to struggle with getting a taxi which shouldn’t be an uncommon request at a hotel. She...

"This is a beautiful hotel there were poor reviews left about the rooms , ignore those , it is renovated ..and the pool area is all new gorgeous indoor pool and steam bath . Location is amazing "
