"Beautiful and updated property. It’s nice to have the modern juxtaposition with the authentic Swiss surroundings. The staff was so kind and offered amazing local suggestions. They treated everyone like they were the only guests there. We did everything Svenja mentioned and had the best time. Fun story how the brothers run this spot and their parents run the hotel next door. Will be back!"

"This was everything we had hoped for and more! We booked a superior double room. It was spacious and had two large single beds pushed together. Our room had chairs for seating and the bathroom was big enough with updated facilities. The shower was also nicely sized (vs the standard ‘cruise ship’ style tubes usually found in Europe). There was a large balcony with two seats and a table. Absolute win. Did our room happen to be lucky enough to have a view of mountains? No, but I do believe that...

"Go for the mountain view; if the weather is not cloudy the scenery would be incomparable and inexpressible. The staffs were so kind and willing to help us in every way. Also enjoyed whirlpool, spa, sauna and swimming pool. Deeply satisfied with the hotel - will give 11 out of 10 and recommend you to stay here if you were to stay in Grindelwald. "

"Excellent stay, we all loved it. Very good quality food, recommend reserving the Swiss restaurant. My only advice would be there needs to be fans as it can—and did—get very uncomfortably hot at night in summer. At the least, install screens so guests can keep doors/windows open without letting bugs in. But regardless, an excellent stay and will be back for sure. "

"The hotel is located at a convenient place where is walking to train station and street around 2-3 minutes. The foods at hotel are delicious with excellent services. The view is very beautiful. It is only suggested the hotel inside should put more lights or directions to guide the customer. "

"We had a truly fantastic experience during our four-night stay at Braunbar. The staff was friendly and attentive, the amenities were great, and the breakfast spread was AMAZING. Our room’s balcony had an incredible view and we could have sat there for hours. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were the perfect size. "Wengen is a hidden gem and this property was fabulous! I stayed with my 4 kids on the top level, which was a space with 2 rooms and a loft. We had plenty of sleeping space and magnificent views of the mountains and valley. There are cute shops and fantastic restaurants in Wengen. Hotel Falken offered a nice breakfast, and the staff was welcoming and helpful to us during our stay."
