"So they had huge bed bugs. And when i asked for a refund i was told no. I have to talk to a manger. And guess what yea still. Waiting. Also had to see a doctor for the itching. Horrible place would not recommend "

"Site advertises the room with a King includes a sitting area (couch). However, it does not include a couch or other sitting chairs as they have moved all of it to their suites. Just a really large open space with two ottomans next to bed."

"The room was clean, very comfortable, and as advertised. The hot breakfast was very good, with several food choices and was kept well supplied by staff."

"We were on a girls trip for bachelorette. Ac in room was broken, offered new room but ac also broken in that one. First room smelled bad musty and was so humid even the maintenance man made a comment about smell. Front desk was very unhelpful and did not care. Had to switch to a different hotel at 10pm on first night. At least they gave refund. Wasted 3 hours of our trip on this mess. Highly recommend Comfort Inn which is the hotel we switched to."

"The rooms were nice and clean. The staff wasn't overly friendly during check in or check out. I was not offered my vip gifts upon check in. The hot tub was nice, pool was chilly (its in/outdoor). Breakfast was great, lots of options."
