Hotel Dekat Glen Hills Park

"Sheets were dirty. Shower head did not work. Strong odor of mold in bathroom. Poor quality of breakfast offerings."

"Everything was excellent! If I had to find a complaint, it would be that you must request housekeeping services or they will not clean the room. Staff was super friendly and the hotel was very nice."

"Room was clean and nice. Hot tub was good. Breakfast was ok-hot things were a little cool, but still good."

"The TV remote didn't work because there were no batteries in the remote. The remote was replaced and initially worked but only for a couple of hours. We had to unplug the cable from the TV when we went to bed. Around one in the morning, the smoke alarm started periodic beeping. The desk clerk said it was a low battery but they did not have spare batteries and he would leave a note for maintenance. He told us to remove the battery and left a step stool (which was not tall enough)outside the door....

"Everything was clean, breakfast great and staff accommodating!"

"Clean rooms, very friendly and professional staff, awesome breakfast. Great amenities"

"Better than expected!"

"The room itself was very clean and well appointed. The only criticism I have is that the lights over the bed were very bright and there was no desk. In terms of maintenance, there was wallpaper peeling off the wall in the hallway near the elevator on the 4th floor and the gap between the shower floor and walls needed caulking (Room 422). Really minor issues that can be easily addressed by the property."

"Loved our mini getaway😊 Hotel was super clean. Staff pleasant and helpful; enjoyed our complimentary breakfast buffet before check out."

"El hotel estaba limpio, pero la alberca y el gimnasio estaban cerrados por remodelación,así mismo a los desayunos les faltaba más opciones el elevador era muy ruidoso,la TV tenía muy pocos canales"

"My family and I travel often and stay in many hotels. We had never stayed at a La Quinta before and wanted to give it a try. That was our first and last stay. The woman who checked us in, was amazing. But went down hill from there. The wallpaper is peeling from the floor to about 2' up on walls around the elevator with missing trim. The shower floor was extremely slippery. My husband fell a couple of times and bruised his hip. As did our teenage boys. There was nothing on the shower floors for...

"Staff did not pick up dirty towels and did not leave clean towels. Always had to go to the front desk for clean towels"

"Always great when I stay here!"
