"Wonderful visit. Friendliest staff ever and will help you with anything. Free parking is a plus. Breakfast was delicious and presented beautifully. Not to mention fresh baked cookies daily along with a reception hour! Our bed was low to floor which may present a problem for some people."

"We had no running hot water one day & the second day we had no electricity AND no hot water. We couldn’t get a hold of anyone from 8pm-8am. Understandable we were still expected to check out by 11am, couldn’t get ready & when i did it was in the dark. but then when we complained the lady proceeded ..."

The Napa Residences
"Overall it was ok. Would I recommend? Not really. There was a dirty glass on the kitchen counter upon checking in. We had one shower towel each for five days. The bed was very uncomfortable and old. We each had only one head pillow and rest were all decorative pillows which are unusable for us."
