"Staff that ‘greeted’ us when we showed up a few mins before official check in time were quite grumpy and not friendly or helpful at all. Younger staff that actually checked us in after we waited half an hour was very cheerful and helpful. Everything else was great. "

"Spacious comfortable room very convenient. Our sink had a terrible chip and crack across the whole bowl and no ability to plug the bowl either. We reported it to reception as we wanted to clarify it was like that when we took the room. The response was - yes we do know about that. "
