"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The front desk receptionist was not professional and seemed uninterested whenever we asked questions or needed assistance. It felt like customer service was not a priority.
The hotel also had a very unpleasant odor. The carpets in the hallways leading to the rooms smelled bad, and the elevator had a strong unpleasant smell as well. Unfortunately, these issues made the overall experience uncomfortable.

"My husband and I were trying to find a chain of hotels that we could stick with. And we thought days inn was going to be it. However, their consistency is not there .one day. We're staying at a really nice hotel. Beautiful, actually, for a $110. The next day we're staying at the same chain and for $227, and it was like a Motel 6. I guess we will keep on looking."

"Very nice room. I liked that it had a kitchenette large enough to enjoy meal prep. The room was thoughtfully and well designed and I could easily stay there for a week or two."

"The Hotel is nice, views are great. Room was clean, spacious, beds and pillows are good. Everyone was really nice and friendly except for an incident with Victoria in the breakfast room, we arrived 1 minute before breakfast time on her clock due to a confusion on local time, we thought it was almost 7 and it was really almost 6 and breakfast starts at 6am, she mistreated us for nothing, yelled that it was not yet time, that she was busy and really slammed the door in my face, not cool, it did...

"When we arrived at the Garner we were assigned a room and when we entered that room we found that the toilet was never cleaned. There were feces splattered on the inside of the bowl and urine all along the backside of the seat. We called the front desk (that employee was kind and helpful) and she assigned us to another room. We entered that next room and found the toilet to be in a similar state minus the feces. This time I cleaned the toilet myself rather than moving again. I requested a call...
