"Ottima posizione, personale gentile e disponibile ma struttura non organizzata per un b&b, camera assolutamente spoglia : letto matrimoniale, letto aggiunto e comodini, abbiamo dovuto chiedere uno stand per appendere i vestiti e una sedia di appoggio. Camera molto piccola. Bagno pulito, a parte due ragni sul soffitto, ma assente di appoggi per asciugamani. E' assente una guardania pur essendo la struttura isolata. "We had to make a last minute change to this property from one we had in San Gimignano, and we are delighted that it worked out that way. The property is super relaxing and the staff made our stay memorable. The owner/on-site chef made a fabulous 3 course meal for dinner, plus dessert, and breakfast was simply perfect If you do not have a car and anticipate hiring a taxi, I advise that you set up the taxi in advance and the owners will be happy to provide a number for you. "Beautiful property and the breakfast options were incredible. I think about 15 pastry options, and savory options too. They played really nice background music and sitting outside in the morning drinking cappuccinos was a highlight of the trip! Staff also so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful always with a smile. Rooms were very large and comfortable, however bathroom was very tight relative to room size. A light in our room was not working, but it was fixed within a day. Enjoyed lounging in the beautiful common area which looked like it came out of a Restoration Hardware catalog. AC was adequate, but would have liked it a bit cooler. Understandable though because the temperature outside was very hot and we needed to keep our shutters closed during the day. Nice breakfast even with American coffee. All in all a great stay for our family."

"We had a fabulous 4 night stay in Primula room mid June. Comfortable bed, lovely big bathroom and a sweet little patio with table and chairs. The hosts were very welcoming and provided us with all the info we needed. They also offered a simple Italian breakfast at just 5 euros each per day which we enjoyed every morning. Perfect stay."

"Chiara, the receptionist was outstanding, helpful , with any request . There was a problem with the fridge in the room. Upon notifying her, she immediately offered other rooms . Hotel is slightly out of the way , but practically minutes away from center . The continental breakfast was nice. Service was great ."
