A very well-kept, super beautiful and perfectly located on the river. The personaö and the boss himself take great care of every guest and try everything to give the guests a perfect stay. The breakfast and dinner are really great, every evening a changing menu is put together. We stayed there for 4 nights and can really recommend the Mekong Home to everyone! The boss also took care of our arrival and departure. At any time we would spend our vacation here again, many thanks to the entire team!!

Amazing place, overpriced food

A wonderful place, cozy, green, inviting. It is quite difficult to find and food is extremely overpriced. 2 to 3 times as in the big cities such as Hanoi and Saigon. Unfortunately there are no alternatives around the place. Besides that everything is of highest quality: friendly service and a very clean place. I recommend it for a short stay as the area is just amazing.

We had an amazing stay at Mekong Home. The staff is so friendly and multiple activities like a sampan boat tour on the river including a bike trip are offered. The apartments are located in the jungle of the Mekong Delta, right next to the river. In your room you will find everything you need and some lovely details. The area is beautifully natural and staying here for a few nights is an amazing experience you will not forget. The food served is sourced locally, was fresh and very good. We enjoyed the free cooking class that was offered. All in all we especially loved the familiar atmosphere and how lovely the hosts of Mekong Home treat their guests.

Such a gorgeous place, shaded by towering napa palms and lovely garden. Staff were exemplary, great service, individual attention, nothing too much trouble. The home-cooked food was the best I had in Vietnam, and plentiful. The sunset river cruises are wonderful: the rooms were distinctive, lovely and quiet. Pool very pretty and peaceful, aircon in the rooms was excellent. Loved having a mojito every night beside the river. Went for bikes rides (free bike use) through the prettiest, greenest paths and villages. Getting there and back not a problem - easy bus trip from Saigon. No room for improvement - HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Possibly the accomodation i have most enjoyed in 40 years of travel. The host, Khoa, speaks excellent English and French, and is organised, attentive and makes everything so relaxed. If I go back to Vietnam, it will be to stay at Mekong Home again.

Es hat meine Erwarrungen total übertroffen. Unglaubliche nettes Personal/famuly und wunderschöne, tropische Anlage. Alles sehr persönlich, das Essen top! Auch das man Fahrräder kostenlos nehmen kann und die Umgebung auf eigene Faust entdecken kann, super! Zwei Ausflüge können gebucht werden. Ich habe beide genacht, unvergesslich, unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Unique experience, outstanding service!

We found Mekong Home by coincidence online, we were intrigued by the photos, and instantly amazed when we got there. The pictures did not prove wrong. We arrived from the river side by boat from Can Tho, which just made it even more authentic. Small cosy huts and beautifully chosen interiors. MH served fantastic local food at good prices, and all in very unique and welcoming surroundings with brilliant service. Interesting and exciting local tours to explore the Mekong, and our host Mrs Van Anh even offered assistance with our travel to HCMC. We were a bit sad to be leaving after just one night. Only good things to say about this place. Thank you!!

Perfect escape from Saigon's bustle!

We had a great experience at Mekong Home, the relaxing setting, the beautiful design and careful attention to detail (cleanliness, wi-fi performance great, ...), the relaxed, friendly and helpful team. Food was good, understand that it is "fresh from the market" (better pre-order), but suggest to develop 1-2 more options and write it on a small menu.

Great high quality home-stay

Wonderful stay at a great hotel in a fabulous part of Vietnam. The staff woked hard to make sure we had a great time and they succeeded; they arranged trips, allowed us to help with food preparation and were very helpful and attentive. Perfect place for a 2 or 3 night stay with some wonderful things to do (we really enjoyed a boat trip and borrowing the hotel's bikes and scooters to explore the fabulous Mekong area. A really great place to stay.

Charmant petit hôtel familial. Au bout d'un petit chemin étroit, on découvre un petit coin de paradis. L'hôtel est situé au bord du Mékong. Excursion possible en bateau depuis l'hôtel. La chambre est spacieuse et joliment décorée. Je conseille vivement cet hôtel.

Aito ja lämminhenkinen homestay 10km päässä Ben Trayn keskustasta. Huoneet uusia ja pelkistettyjä, kaikki tarpeellinen löytyy: siisti wc ja suihku, hyvä sänky ja riippumatto pihalla. Isäntäväki todella ystävällistä ja puhuu todella hyvää englantia. Heidän kauttaan järjestyy myös kuljetukset ja retket lähialueelle. Vieressä ei ole juuri muita ravintoloita mutta ruoka Mekong Homessa on taivaallisen hyvää!
