"Coffee mugs in my room where dirty and still had coffee on the bottom and the stairs where hard to try and get my disabled grandma up as was told it was only a few stairs but happened to be at least 30 and had to park half a block away as there was no parks close"

"We got there in the middle of winter so it was very cold, and the weather was terrible. However, when the sun came out it improved. The fire heaters are a bit inadequate for heating in the dead o winter but should be suitable for the rest of the year. Otherwise, it was clean and reasonably well equipped. ..."
