I will not stay at this property again. No restaurant/bar for evening business discussions. Staff not necessarily friendly or helpful. Room cleanliness could be better. I will seek another hotel for my stay in GimHae.

호텔이 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 가족들도 좋아했고 시내에 위치해 있어 편안했습니다. 다만 침대가 딱딱한편이었고, 칫솔과 치약이 유료라는건 알고 있었는데 칫솔 2/3,300원 이렇게 돼 있어서 칫솔이 2개에 3,300원인줄 알았는데 1개에 3,300원 이었습니다. 칫솔가격에 대해 헷갈리지 않게 공지할필요가 있을듯합니다.

Best hotel in gimhae
Easily the best hotel in town. Fifteen minutes cab ride from the station. Friendly staff, I love the quirky floral print uniforms. Large, comfortable beds.

I’ve stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and they never disappoint! The staff is very attentive and the service is impeccable. I would t hesitate to book again.

Nice hotel, but away from the city
This is a very Nice hotel, has An adyacent mall and Subway statiin. It's only problem is that is one hour away from the city...above this is excellent

Best hotel in Gimhae
This hotel is excellent. We stayed at a 5 star hotel the night before and this hotel was incredibly better than the 5 star! The staff spoke English very well and were overly kind. They offered a nice dinner recommendation....the food turned out to be our best meal while in Gimhae/Busan.

Bed sheet and bath robe with holes. Cigarrette smells comes from another room through the bathroom fan. No toothbrushes or umbrella provided or to lend. No complimentry water provided. Location is good.

We stayed here for one night before leaving the next morning for an international flight. Easy access to the airport via public transportation. Rooms are supposed to be non-smoking, but the first room we were given had a strong smell of smoke. We came down, and we're given a new room within a minute. Staff spoke English to me, very helpful. Overall very nice.

Convenient to food and transit but not clean
Located in shopping mall with great food choices and light rail transit across the street. Easy access to airport and touristy spots. Staff has limited English capability but very attentive and helpful. However, it is shocking to find that poor bathroom design and housekeeping traing caused moldy shower curtain that never got cleaned. Dirty shower curtain is a turn off and disappointment.

a night in Gimhae
what a great place! understandably, not many people will visit Gimhae preferring instead to go to downtown Busan but for a short stay or an overnight away from the airport this place is perfect. the staff are great and speak decent English. wifi was a bit patchy. Rooms are a good size and good amenities, bathrooms good. small shopping centre right next door with a good mix of shops to while away a few hours. on the top floor I must recommend 'The Party' a big buffet restaurant with excellent quality food and very well priced. definitely worth a visit. the other good thing is that the hotel is about 50 yards from a monorail station with direct connection (aprox 15mins) to the airport - very easy to use as its all in English and much cheaper than a taxi. would definitely stay again

It was good stay and the hotel was nice. They just need to clean the shower better so there are no pink stains.

Seven Hour Stay
My wife and I were pleasantly surprise with the overall appearance of the hotel. Our room was spacious, modern and clean. While we only spent 7 hours in the hotel, we were impressed with what we experienced. The staff spoke very good English, and they were very helpful and friendly, We stayed at the hotel because it was close to the Busan-Gimhae Airport. The hotel doesn't offer shuttle service, and the drive to the airport is about 20-30 minutes. We definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice, clean, business hotel
We stayed one night. Had a coffee meeting in the lobby which was nice enough. The buffet dinner on the 4th floor was excellent and very inexpensive. I usually avoid buffets but we were tired and didn't feel like heading out. The bar upstairs was also quite nice - modern and well designed but with a limited food menu.

New hotel clean & nice, their buffet restaurant is nice and reasonably priced comparing to other similar type of restaurants in Korea. I had to call the front desk for an iron, however, they did not have enough irons and told me that they had none left. It is quite disappointing that they did not have alternatives ready for this situation instead of saying "we cannot do anything".
