"Very good food. friendly staff. Room was not very good, also no air con. it was OK for a short stay but house keeping was not everyday. Pub and restaurant were very good. breakfast was great. just let down by the room. We might have had the worst room in the pub. windows were frosted because opening the windows we found we were above the kitchen so noisy extraction as well. If I stay here again I would avoid room 1. but everything else was very good."

"We have just spent 3 nights here and can't speak highly. Our stay was very comfortable. Our room was very well equipped, clean. We had biscuits, teas coffe hot chocolate, water and milk and juice on our arrival. Everything you could need in the room. But if you did need anything the staff would be happy to help. The room and pub was so clean . The breakfast were your good and lots of it. Evening meals we ate there 2 nights and all meals very good. Although the fish option wasn't available...

"I loved our one night here. It was a stop off on the way further south but I wish we could have stayed longer. So peaceful. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay happen, even when we arrived late. We ate our breakfast outside in the courtyard which was idyllic. The food was gorgeous.
