"Overall a good stay, close to main street. Had issue with smoke detector that intermittently went off Sunday night. Couldn't get someone in until 10:00 Monday morning"

"Excellent location and very quiet, perfect for relaxing. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of service, the backyard deck was very dirty, and there was no hot water in the house because the breaker was turned off. On a positive note, the property manager responded quickly and was helpful in addressing the issues."

"We enjoyed every minute of our Eclipse 2024 weekend here. The Texas hill country is beautiful and this property is right in the middle of it. The many bird songs in the morning with a cup of coffee in hand sitting on the front porch cannot be beat."

Perfect for mom & daughter trip or romantic getaway. Will plan to go back & recommend to others. Far enough out to enjoy peace but close enough to all the towns activities!"
