"The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The location is good - towards one end of the main strip - so close enough fire easy access to all the restaurants etc but far enough away to avoid the night club noise.
Sadly the hotel has suffered earthquake damage. This had totally destroyed the main reception, bar and restaurant. The cottage we stayed in also had evidence of earthquake damage (eg cracks). We only stayed there one night because of this."

"Really great service, both above and below the water :)
Small cozy rooms with a terrace and hammock, great post-dive.
Cheap, low-key and top notch diving as well as service exceeding their relative low stars."

"Overall, the accommodation was very nice, clean, and conveniently located just a few meters from an awesome beach with turtles.
The staff were very kind, polite, and helpful. They even arranged bicycle rental for a good price.
There are three small points where the hotel could consider making improvements:
1. The pool itself was great, but at certain times of the day, it was not as clean as it could have been, with leaves and insects on the surface.
2. The breakfast options could be more...

"The property felt almost abandoned. No one at reception at any moment of our stay, the housekeeping staff let us in. No restaurant, no help to book airport transfer as advertised on Hotels.com. Nipah beach is lovely, but this hotel is not as advertised."

"Indeed a wonderful stay, very helpful staff and a nice bungalow for me and my daughter and our 4 day visit to Gili Air. Close to the beach, bike-rental in the front shop and free snorkeling gear available at the reception desk.
Highly recommended for a stay in the Gilis "

"Great amenities, staff cleanest and Location. It’s great. It’s not in the busy area and it’s not in the Kwiat. It’s kind of in the middle the ocean right on the front. It’s super calm which is great place to swim."
"We absolutely love this property! The staff is 5 star in every role to make a hotel run perfectly. We spent 22 days here and it felt like leaving family behind to leave. This is our second time here! Thank you for everything ❤️"
