"This place is gorgeous! View of the lake from our patio, nice walking trails and piers, the lobby is stunning too. There are little plants they grow in their sustainable garden that you can buy (I took a little fern home and a stuffed eagle plush from the gift shop). The beds were so comfy! Lots of pillows and they weren't the cheap kind like some hotels have. I also loved the towels in the bathroom!!!! They had shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower, and they were all good....

"Nicely remodeled, off the beaten path (from KC/St Louis to Nashville/Knoxville). Has a mini kitchen with large dorm fridge, coffee pot/condiments and clean dishes. Bathroom is nicely updated, as well. They have a full breakfast available with some grab n go options, as well as cute gift shop. Very relaxing stay - we slept hard, enjoyed our quick stopover."

"Yes, thus is a Motel 6, but is one of the cleanest and most responsive hotels I have stayed at. I worked nights while staying here (for over a month), and not once was I woken up by someone knocking on the door. They worked with me to clean the room on my schedule, and I was able to stay rested and alert for my job. Would definitely recommend. "

"The room was spacious, well-appointed and spotless and the house was quiet. Breakfast, while not spectacular, offered a good variety of choices, e.g., eggs and bacon, potatoes, parfait and cinnamon rolls. The host kindly made the room available early (although we were busy sightseeing around Paducah); however we became a little confused in getting to our room, perhaps due to the quilt convention activities which were winding up."

"Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The check-in was smooth, and the desk clerk was very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and we got clean towels and our waste baskets were emptied after the first night. This is not always the case anymore. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to put a chair by the desk. I had some things to write and that was difficult sitting on the bed. We will definitely stay again."
