Fantastic staff, every member couldn't do enough for us. Lovely rooms, beautifully decorated with comfy beds. Nice and clean. Plenty of seating in bar and restaurant. Choice of inside or outside dining. On a bus route, plenty of local taxis available. Would definitely recommend.

An excellent hotel, close to the cable car base. (Be warned, though, that if you're wheeling luggage from the bus stop, the climb up to the hotel is quite steep. Also, my room's lighting was weird; I couldn't find a way to turn off a couple of lights (I had to unscrew the bulbs to turn them off).)

The view from our balcony room was fantastic. The room itself was very clean and spacious. The outside pool was lovely as was the nearby Botanical Gardens. Walking into the town and various marina's and bars was easy but the walk back up the hill to the hotel might be too much for some in which case catch a bus or taxi. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel.

This is an older hotel but fairly well maintained. First impression was it was the scene of an Agatha Christie novel, and I half expected to see Hercule Poirau at breakfast. Well situated to the cable car of The Rock. Parking is in the driveway of the hotel on a first come basis so get in early and dont move it. Nice place. Would recommend

Excellent stay

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Hotel. The rooms were excellent, the food in the restraunt and menu was excellent, athough the spped of service left a lot to be desired. The rooms had fabulous views over the harbour and were very quiet - except when an emergency vehicle went by or every now and again a loud motorbike. The pool was delightful and clean.
