The room itself was water damaged given an over flow of shower area with select floor planks swelling 1 cm above floor surface, (photos available) certainly a tripping concern that should be addressed. "Perfect hotel to stay in Syros. Nicolas, the owner, is a fabulous host and a true gentleman. He is very informative about the history of Syros. The boutique hotel is about a 5 min walk downhill (gentle) to the town where there are lots of tavernas, shops etc. Nicolas provides lots of useful information about the sights, beaches and restaurants.
