"Enjoyed our stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved the decor throughout. Clean rooms, the bathroom was awesome in our room. The room we had was second floor and was oceanview with balcony, beautiful. We kept doors open at night for fresh air, very noisy with traffic but the sound of waves was lovely. There on a Friday Saturday night so it's to be accepted and sleeping with earplugs makes it okay. Bed was comfortable. Awesome breakfast! I'd stay again if ever in the area again....

"In the past food was much better, not enough options at breakfast etc. The front stairs to enter so dirty as well as the pool area nothing cleaned daily including pool chairs. We will not go back The air conditioning was horrendous too!!!! We will not return. "

"It’s like an Oasis in amongst a very run down area . Streets are quite dirty and don’t give a great impression when you first arrive. The owners responded quickly when there we a few issues with the water and some facilities. The place was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was good. There is a nice pool and sun beds but they charge you €8 per day to use it and you can use if after 6pm which we weren’t made aware of. Close to the beach, restaurants and bars. "

"Very out dated hotel now way is this a 4 star hotel they said there is wi fi but never worked the room had a strange smell in it when we arrived worked out it was the bed throw. No breakfast at all i mean not wven coffee. The show was so small that u could not even shower right without banging in to the door the toilet was not up to standard for a 4 star and i should know thia i have worked at a 4 star hotel for 3yrs no water in the fridge and there was mould in the shower and the fridge the...

"Purtroppo per un disguido dovuto ad un gusto, il proprietario della struttura ha dovuto cambiarci alloggio. Comunque è una persona molto cordiale e molto onesto, ci ha fatto alloggiare ai Giardini Naxos in un appartamento molto carino, un bilocale mansardato con un bel balcone panoramico sull'Etna e Taormina, in base a dove guardavi potevi scorgere uno dei due.
