Good location and the room was good for a short stay. Wi-fi worked fine. Bed was not that comfortable and placing it near a step was slightly dangerous. Overall a solid hotel

The property was fantastic and the check in was easy when we arrived late from our transport delays. The reception desk was not manned during our 3 night stay which was a little inconvenient however this building is a residence building after all…

Bom apart hotel

Hotel bem localizado, totalmente tecnologico,se nao tiver internet está na rua. Apessr de indicar que teria gente na portaria até x hora,nao encontramos ninguem.

Great budget hotel

This is a great budget hotel, close to the center of town and the attractions and directly across from the the Tram Station connecting to the Central Rail station. The small Kitchenette was exactly what we sought after being on the road for 3 weeks. The online checkin/out and digital door locks were helpful.

Great for a cheap city break

Great location, and surprisingly quiet as its in the centre. Tram stop 100 yards away straight to rail station. The room is small, have to get into the bed from one side, but is clean with a small kitchen and has everything you need for a couple of days.

Sfeerloss slechte nachtrust

Verschrikkelijk appartement en sfeerloos ingericht. bovendien erg veel geluidsoverlast van dronken buren die midden in de nacht schreeuwend thuiskwamen van stappen en daarna nog rustig doorgingen. Douche in slechte staat, 5 minuten wachten op warm water, slechte matrassen etc etc

The room was good in general, I would suggest improving the beds, they were not super stable, they make a lot of sounds when you move. There was some “still water” outside the room, so it attracted mosquitoes. I had to make sure I kept the window shut at all times, otherwise those mosquitoes would have been bad. Little details to improve for that price! But in general good. Pretty clean and the service was great.

Heel goed en makkelijk

De ligging is heel centraal, in het centrum van Gent. Het meest ideale van de ligging zijn de trams die op 1 minuut lopen verwijderd zijn van het hotel. Ook een supermarkt en bank. Ik logeer hier regelmatig. Het is als logeren in een apartementje.

Like- hotel is at the city center and close to shopping, restaurants and popular attractions Dislike- room fixtures are broken (i.e. lights and power outlet in the toilet is not working, the hotel did an improvised one by putting a floor lamp inside the toilet and run through an extension cord. Curtain is broken, it was taken down and leaves no privacy for us and there's buidling under construction and people working across our room. Noisy- because of construction as early as 7am. To give credit to the staff, they did not transfer us to a different room when i complained (there's no available twin room so they offered me on a bunk bed which i say better than the other room)

Great location. However, in my room (overlooking the street) the window blind had fallen off the wall. The only way to screen the window was to open it and hang the blind over it. This meant the window was open all night. Thankfully the weather was mild, but through the open window came both noise (not least from the building site next door) and mosquitoes. A really uncomfortable stay. Desk staff had already booked a repair, but that wouldn't happen until adter I'd left.

Bon accueil, chambre correcte parce que nous avons pu échanger, grâce à la réceptioniste, une chambre à lits superposés contre une chambre à 2 lits bas.

travaux proches, mais bon rapport qualité prix

Attention, des travaux sont en cours (août 2019) dans la rue, ce qui la rend très bruyante chaque matin, et peu accueillante (rats, moustiques). La penderie et surtout la literie sont bancales. Les lits grincent trop fort. Il faudrait les resserrer (c'est du ikea). Autrement, bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel accueillant et proche du centre ville. La kitchenette est un véritable plus pour ne pas se ruiner à manger au resto à chaque repas, ce qui revient vite cher, surtout à Gand. Il y a des commerces à proximité.

Muito bem localizado e com pratica cozinha. Um porém é a pequena disponibilidade do serviço de portaria, que fez falta no checkin e checkout. Não há também um local para guarda de bagagem após o checkout.

Good hostel ..I had a private room... everything is near...but the Daampoort Train/Bus station I had to walk 20 min along the canal ... Consider in Ghent all stores are closed at 7pm ...supermarkets at 8pm...

perfect stay

very nice hotel in Ghent center. easy connection to Tram. very friendly check-in , warm welcome by reception after a long flight. really want to comeback again. kitchen utensil should be more, rest is perfect, good lights in room. but require more convinent socket for the charging up and laptop connection. wifi works well in all areas. shopping area is close by including departmental store

Keskeinen sijainti ja vastinetta rahalle

Huoneistohostelli kantakaupungissa, kävelymatkan päässä. Keittonurkkaus, jossa perusastiat, Kauha ja leikkuuveitsi olisivat lisäksi olleet tarpeen. Kerrossängyt. Huoneessa muutama porras, joten ei sovi liikuntaesteisille. Järjestyssääntöjen mukaan pitäisi olla hiljaista klo 21.00 jälkeen, mutta yhtenä yönä naapurit eivät siitä piitanneet. Arkiaamuina ulkoa kuuluu jo varhain melua, sillä naapuritaloja remontoidaan. Sijainti muuten hyvä. Autolla tuleville: vieressä on parkkitalo, jossa on melko ahtaat paikat. Hostellin henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, ja kommunikaatio sujui englanniksi ilman ongelmia. Lähin ruokakauppa taisi olla n. kilometrin päässä oleva Albert Heijn. Siellä käy käteinen ja luottokorteista vain Maestro, eivät Suomessa yleiset kortit. Kaupunki vaikutti mukavalta, kunhan pysyi poissa punaisilta pyöräteiltä. Ratikat kulkivat tiuhaan, ja vanha arkkitehtuuri oli viehättävää. Hostelli oli Gentin hintatasoon nähden edullinen ja hyvä valinta.

El recepcionista era muy majo nos dejó quedarnos hasta las 17horas sin incremento de precio. Lo malo nos dieron una habitación con dos literas rotas. Pero por la hubicacion y el hecho de tener cocina merece la pena.
