"This hotel is in a small village so it was nice to see locals not tourists. We didn’t have any issue finding parking on the street for our rental car. The staff was top notch! So friendly and helpful. It was nice to sightsee during the day and then go in the rooftop pool to cool off. Happy Hour each evening was a bonus. "I like that the staff were very friendly yet professional. Helen went out of her way to ensure our room was ready and explained all about the area and modes of transportation. The outdoor pool had plenty of sun beds which meant to grappling which is always an added bonus. Would most definitely recommend this hotel with any hesitation."

"We had a great stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Even though we got in early, they kindly stored our luggage and let us check in a bit ahead of time. The indoor pool and cozy living room were highlights—offering free coffee, soft drinks, beer, wine, and canapés throughout the day, plus a great co-working space. Breakfast was decent, but the lunch menu and cocktail happy hour really stood out. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Beautiful property and exceptional service in a brilliant location. There is nothing I can fault. We had an Executive room with balcony and although it was quite small, it had every convenience possible. Our room (430) had views either way when on the balcony. One was the marina and the other way was the fountain. Thank you Phoenicia for a wonderful stay. "

"I wanted a quiet few days in Gozo - I didn't have a car so picked this hotel for convenience to ferries and buses. I opted for a room with a terrace/sun loungers. I had a really large room on 8th floor, with spectacular views over the harbour, great air conditioning, huge comfortable bed. We also had a large round bath in the room which I wasn't expecting. The infinity pool was beautiful, stunning views and jacuzzi area. Staff were all lovely - we didn't eat at the hotel so cannot comment on...

"This is our third stay at the hotel and the only place we will book to stay. The location is perfect, the rooms lovely with excellent views and the staff friendly. I have dairy and gluten intolerances and at breakfast was always provided with soya milk and gluten free bread ( sometimes it took at little while to get it ) Didn't eat at the hotel at any other time but the breakfast was great. "
