"The hotel locstion was excellent, betwèen the beach and harbor. Staff was helpful and plentiful. The hotel room we stayed in was in need of repairs. The kitchen nèeds a few more items to help with your stay. Overall, the hotel is a 3.5 but again great location for the cost, next to #2 stop on orange tram line."

"the hotel overlooks a beautiful lake. quite with friendly staff. the room is quite spacious although it needs updating. the cleanliness is average with very few kitchen old utensils. we had to ask for a toaster. many items were missing. overall the stay was good but it was overpriced."

"It took nearly two hours to check in where the agent advised that there was a portal issue providing details of the booming to Emaar. Security team of the building was also not very helpful and too busy on personal video calls. The property, whilst clean - had alot of ants. Communication upon the checkout process as agreed in the check in process was poor where i didnt receive a response... I checked out a day early. So essentially checked in past midnight.. and checked out a day early...

"I had seen mixed reviews of Escan Tower, and when I arrived at 3am after a delayed flight, it didn’t look great. But as soon as I got into the room, and saw the view, it was amazing. I had a fabulous trip. The apartment has a wonderful view and the location is superb. A short walk from JLT, Metro and of course Marina Walk and the beach. The staff were lovely and the apartment itself was great. The only thing I would suggest is swapping the TV for one with Netflix, YouTube etc. "
