"Es war alles, wirklich alles super. Paar Stunden nach dem check out wurde mir alles was ich von der Mini Bar konsumiert habe, einfach von den Kreditkarte abgebucht. Es stand nirgendwo, dass der Inhalt von der Mini Bar kostenpflichtig ist😡. Schade, dass ihr damit alles kaputt gemacht hat. Ich würde es wegen dem für niemanden empfehlen. Abzockerei😡😡😡"

"Perfect hotel if you’re going along to a Servette game! Literally right beside the ground, perfect. Only a 10min walk to the nearest train/tram stop which will take you straight into the city centre or main station. Staff really friendly and helpful. Room functional, can’t ask for much more really."

"The room was big,clean,warm enough( the AC was good) ,there was a heater for colder nights. The view was over mountain tops and was beautiful. Being an appartment it is very useful in having all the amenities( e.g. kitchinette,fridge,microwave). Evrything was lovely"

"The bathroom was amazing - newly renovated and spacious. We had a lovely sitting area where we could visit with our travelling friends. They had fridge and air conditioning. The staff were helpful. Close to all the sights and in the old town. Co-op grocery store around the corner. Tram stop 1 block away. It is a very old hotel and the lobby looks a bit worn but has that old elegance feel. Very happy with our choice and would recommend to others."
