"The good: great location- walking distance to restaurants, coffee, shopping. Great staff- very friendly and helpful. Clean facilities. Comfortable beds. One area in need of improvement: the pool has no restroom, and allows kids at all hours. The hot tub and sauna were filled with loud, splashing under 10's with parents looking on. Not sure if the hotel can regulate the hours better but "no kids 10 and under after 8 or 9" may be better. And who knows- that may have just been our experience....

"The breakfast was fabulous, the staff did a great job ensuring the trays were full throughout the whole breakfast window. Every staff interaction was pleasant, they always had smiles on their faces and were kind even to my kids. The AC was wonderful and kept the room the temp we wanted. The pool was fabulous! "

"It was a bit of a bad experience for me. The toilet and bathroom countertop felt like they were designed for toddler height, they were low. The first time I flushed the toilet, it overflowed and flooded the bathroom. The front desk only offered towels and a plunger (no solid matter btw). Needless to say my first impression was not too high. The mattress was firm and there was a mysterious red stain seen through the dark brown carpet next to the bed. "Hot tub water gross as pump wasn't working. Breakfast was lame, line of 5 for one waffle maker, limited option. Juice was gross. Room was too small and packed but couldn't take food to room because of sign. Shower nozzle needs love. Check in lady was nice. "

"This used to be our favorite hotel. We stayed here whenever we would visit family in the area. But ever since they have done renovations it’s gone super down hill. It was always perfectly a lower scale hotel but ever since they got rid of the carpets and put fake tile, everything echos. You will hear your hotel neighbors through the walls using inside voices, and I can hear my husbands grandpas phone from the other wall clear as day watching the mariners. "The room and service was outstanding! The food options were really great and room service dining hit all the marks! We should’ve looked closer at the pool as it is not an indoor pool. It is half outdoor and unheated so the kids were a little disappointed in that area but other than that, I highly recommend staying again"
