"We enjoyed a week at Artemis Cynthia resort. The apartment was clean and a good size. The pools were lovely and quiet. Check in was easy and the free parking helpful. We walked down to the harbour and to the old town - fine for us but a mile ISH so may put some off. Hot water was an issue (lack of) and the beds weren't great (reported on day 1 but no action or solution offered ). Overall, recommended. "

"The 2 males at reception (from SA and Scotland) were very friendly and hlepful. Anna was very rude and unhelpful. I overheard her telling guests that there is no wifi at the pool area, when there was. Rooms very comfortable and equipped well with lovely soft towels. "Lovely stay, apartments are quite basic in style and decor but have everything you need for a pleasant stay. No cleaners over our short stay but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room anyway. There are no towels in the room and the guy from reception charges 5 euro per large towel, he gives small hand towel for free. That was the only off putting thing. The apartments are in a quiet area and easy to get to. Sea isn’t too far away and if it states sea view then you’ll have it. "

"One of the best hotel stays I have ever had. Exceptional room, clean quiet and comfortable . The staff were amazing and willing to help with any problem—there was a pillow concierge! Even with a higher occupancy the resort didn’t feel crowded. Buffet breakfast was great as were the themed evening meals. Ate at the Italian restaraunt on site—what a great room! Excellent food and service. I would highly recommend to anyone. The only problem is we have to stay somewhere else for the rest of our holiday! A tough act to follow "
