"Took my family of four with 4 young kids to this hotel and loved it. The location is in the heart of the city but the hotel offers a great place to get away from the busy streets. If you are looking to stay in the Altstadt this is the place to be. "

"I felt so blessed to be staying here. Everything was lovely!!
The room was perfect and spotless and the manager and his team went WAY above and beyond to help me when I broke my foot. I am so grateful for the extra effort they took to help me. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat! "

"Arriving on a weekend means contactless instructions sent on the day, which isn’t pleasant if you don’t have internet. Kettle was super dirty, it was changed when I sent them an email by accessing the apartment the next day without informing me. Same with adding a blanket because I wasn’t able to control the AC from iPad and was freezing. I sent an email, they cranked up the heating remotely and the apartment was super hot. I sadly didn’t enjoy staying there, and it was an investment. I didn’t...

"This is an entire apartment. I wish we could stay for more days. Bed was very comfortable for us. It actually has a bath and 1/2 complete with towel warmer which was so nice on these cold days. I would definitely return. "
