"Elke and Wout are lovely. They are generous, kind, and sensitive hosts. Their home is beautiful. "locaction and room were decent. Cleanliness of the room was questionable as the floor was really dirty. This wasn’t a big deal. However, I was greatly disappointed by Fredy’s attitude and extremely POOR customer service. "Beautiful beautiful in North Bruxelles! The hotel is excellent - amazing room, very comfortable, friendly and very welcoming staff, not to mention very helpful in terms of providing suggestions on what to do in town. It also has a nice rooftop restaurant "Tope", which was equally as amazing. Only drawback (which has nothing to do with the hotel) is the surrounding area, which can feel rather unsafe to walk around (especially at night), and especially the North Brussels station (which is the closest station to the hotel). Otherwise, the hotel is 10/10."
