"The Briars is in a lovely location in the Jackson Point area of Georgina, ON. It is a historic property on lovely grounds. As an EV driver, I was glad that they have chargers. Staff were friendly and efficient. My room was very comfortable and clean. I would say that the property is dowdy and could use some updating. The bathrooms were functional, but could use updated fixtures. That said, I would stay again."

"Although a tiny dwelling, this is a quaint and lovely inn. Only problem was the TV , it. Is the modern streaming service and kept loosing wifi feed. Also kinda complicated for this old vet!"

"Overall the house and property were beautiful. The only reason I give it a four star is because the bbq does not work very well. In the summer that is an essential amenity for food preparation. A couple of the guys also said there was body hair in the beds. Maybe the sheets weren’t changed?? Everything else was perfect. Communication with property management was excellent!"
