"The master bed is very hard. The post also didnt say that the property is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. It is quiet and a good layout. Nice kitchen set up. "

"For the most part the property as a whole was nice. I did not get a good first impression when i got to the room and the storm door knob fell off and there was a rusty screw protruding from the door covered with an old band aid. I am expected to take out the trash upon leaving, but the room did bot have anybtrash bags in the cans or cabinets. The door on the master bedroom shower was loose and falling off. On site communication was non-existant. Overall, disappointed. "

"This place is great!! Perfect for a couple, small family or small group of friends. Lots of sleeping space and so comfy and cozy. The property itself is gorgeous, right on the sound with a pool looking towards it. Location is great too. Cannot recommend it enough!"

"Location was great for beach, Highlands State Park and restaurants. Property however, was showing wear and condition. Plumbing fixtures dated and hard to use. Second bedroom had no blackout drapes. Also, listing was not clear that the unit is two floors with both baths and bedrooms on the lower level which required many trips up and down the stairs. "

"Excellent location with a nice long pier. Beach access areas are very close to condo. Too cold to swim in the pool. Condo was nice and updated. Only problem was the primary bathroom was extremely small. Shower, toilet, and sink were the size you’d expect in an RV. My main complaint is they wouldn’t allow me to bring my 16’ boat, although there were several other boats in the parking lot as plenty of parking because this was November off season. I won’t stay there again. "

"The villa was beautiful. Every amenity you could imagine was in the property. The grill was fantastic. The short drive to the beach was easy and the beach was awesome! Just what we were wanting to relax and soak up some sun. I would recommend this property to others and I wouldn’t mind renting it again."

"The condo was very spacious and in a great location! We had a little speed bump with check in, but the host resolved it. The "president" of the development was a little over bearing at first but became friendly towards the end of our week. He is sure to greet you and go over all the rules. The host has the condo fully stocked with everything you need to cook or enjoy a day at the beach. Overall we enjoyed our time and would stay again!"
