The street where they are located is not nice but is is just that street ,the neighborhood is ok and it is located close to everything. The staff is really nice and helpful and the room was ok too

This property is not bad, it even has a good music ambience, but it has a serious safety and security issue. It is situated in a bad and unsafe area at all times. The owners who manage it acknowledge it but rather than address the issue they chose to close the reception at 8pm. They provide a key and a code to enter the back door. I came back around 11:30 pm and was surrounded outside by a bunch of people, let’s call them with not the best intention. I had the key to the back door but did not had the code to enter so I rang the bell. One of the owners opened the door extremely angry, that I had dared rang the bell. He was almost certain he was about to assault me and walked behind me mumbling what knows what. Very rude and nasty. That is the way they treat a paying customer. Bottom line avoid this place at all costs. Avoid places that are managed by the proprietors as they tend to get involved in all matters not always in a positive and make it personal. Furthermore, Invest a little more money paying a hotel chain in a more centric hotel where security to their guests is a priority. One more thing I wish to add as hotel in italy are required to keep personal information, a few years ago I gave one a bad review and the owner called me to insult me.

Cannot fault the hotel and staff. Although it was a good location for exploring the city. The area is quite run down and lots of people hanging around shouting and arguing etc.

Stayed here with three young children and we all LOVED IT. We were welcomed and nothing was too much effort to help to make our stay as good as it could be. The area itself is an easy walk from Genova P. principal, and it is perfectly located to walk to or access public transport to all the things you might want to do with children whilst staying in Genova. The room was clean and tidied up each day; and the aircon was very welcome during a warm October. As we left my kids made me promise we'd come back and stay again, if that's any clue as to how much they enjoyed it here!

When I took a taxi to the hotel he had to leave me 3 blocks away because the street does not allow cars. This meant pulling my luggage over cobblestones for three blocks. There is a back entrance which actually is on a main thoroughfare but inaccessible till you check in. NO ELEVATOR. There were very steep stairs that actually scared the hell out of me. The staff was great and carried my luggage to the room. Room definetly needs updating from the 16th century, Roaches in the room along the ceiling. Extremely noisy at night from homeless people in the alley below.

A wonderful find in the heart of Genoa
We stayed just one enjoyable night. Excellent value and location. The host is charming, helpful and attentive. The decor is quirky and fun. There was some noise in the street below but it didn’t bother us. One thing to be aware of is parking. There isn’t any available on the street. At the host’s suggestion, we parked across the street at a huge lot next to the cruise ship port. Monto Porte Morissino or something like that. The hotel gave us a discount so it wound up costing 21 € for parking. Added to the reasonable hotel rate it’s still the best value I could find, especially at the last minute.

A loud techno music bar next door. It keeps you awake unless you are deaf. Terribly loud. Bus stop outside window lots of yelling. Ambulances steady. We won’t go again. The cleaning staff were nice. Worst place we been in in a long time. Oh well

the hotel is fine (room size, bathroom etc) but the location is terrible!!! i have never feel as unsafe as i did in that hotel area, we had to order taxis everytime yo get out from there, worst location ever

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. Charming inside. Rooms good and bed comfy. Manager friendly and helpful. Walking distance to everything. One of the better hotels during my travels and great price. Highly recommended.

Comfortable hotel with great service & location
We did a one night stay before boarding a cruise. The man who works in the front desk is lovely and gave us such a warm welcome despite us arriving at midnight. Hotel is comfortable with a great location. Close to the port, a small minimart and cafe so had everything we needed. We would stay again.

Good stay
Staff is great, efficient and mostly going above and beyond. Close to Port, museums, metro, buses, etc. Area is fine during the day but would not recommend if plan to go out after dark.

Personale molto gentile. Stanza piccola ma pulita. In posizione perfetta sia per il centro che per il Porto Antico, entrambi raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. Carina anche l’idea della musica. Nel complesso giudizio più che positivo. Unica nota negativa: Le camere avrebbero bisogno di una imbiancatura alle pareti e della sistemazione di alcune crepe.

親切で、親しみやすく対応していただきました。 お湯は、浴室内のタンクで沸かすタイプのため、湯船にオフを張ると、タンクのお湯が無くなってしまいまいました。シャワー利用がおすすめです。 その他、朝食時のコーヒーは、エスプレッソやカプチーノ等、要望を伝えると、作ってくれました。とても親切に対応していただけました。

Le personnel et la décoration dans le hall sont très bien. En revanche, malgré que la chambre soit propre, elle n’est pas en très bon état (traces au mur, taches dans la douche près de la fenêtre, mobilier en mauvais état, lit de mauvaise qualité (on a senti les ressorts toute la nuit)). De plus, l’hôtel est bien situé niveau transports mais la rue est très sale et très mal fréquentée. On ne s’est pas du tout senti en sécurité.

Bra läge i den gamla stadskärnan nära centralstationen och busstationen. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Kan tänka mig att bo här igen vid besök i Genua.

A cheap house close to the train station. Everything is there except a bit old (which is normal and acceptable in my opinion) but clean. It is not recommended to go out too late, some people who don't look very friendly will be downstairs at night.

Ho soggiornato con mia figlia di 3 anni per due notti e siamo state bene il personale è educato e disponibile, la camera era pulita ed ordinata, la posizione è strategica si trova a 10 minuti dalla stazione principe, a 10 minuti dall acquario è straconsigliato

Attention cet hôtel est dans une rue piétonne, aucun axé en voiture. Après avoir cliqué sur les filtres avec parking et petit déjeuner le site me propose cet hôtel, mais à la finale inaccessible, pas de petit déjeuner, j'ai pris et payer 2 chambres pour rien, j'ai du aller dormir ailleurs. Soyez vigilant, personnellement je déconseille absolument 😡
