The Staff was so great! Our flight was by in late and they waited for us after hours to check in. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were very clean and modern. Would definitely stay again

The two young people at the front desk ( a young man on Sunday and a young lady on Monday ) extremely professional either a great business attitude In addition they speak English perfectly …good for you guys ! I will recommande your hotel to everybody .

Loved the view from the rooms rooms with Balcony. There isn't much to do, so you should upgrade. We couldn't figure out how to work the doors though, seemed a bit broken after we figured it out and my friend fell through one side of the bench since it was missing slatso lol. Anyway very romantic place. We hated the hotel attached. Paid $200 for some crappy food and still went out to get pizza from Rossopomodoro after. Locals seems to like the restaurant though.

High room temperature and noisy area.
The A/C didn't work even the temperature control was low. The room temperature was terrible high. You can open the window but then you will be eaten alive by annoying mosquitos despite the fact that it's really noisy area. There is a large parking lot for people coming for food to many restaurants surrounding the hotel. The hotel is also a couple of meters from the Genova airport runway so you can imagine what is the noise when the departing aircraft sets take-off thrust!

Good Evening Jan, i'm sorry that you had problems during your stay here at the Hotel. The ac is controlled by the reception desk, as specified in the website and we also informed you during the check-in. You could have called us in order to explain your problem, we would have helped you. The airport closes in the night, and the glasses in the rooms are double, in order to avoid any kind of noises during the departures. However it's very subjective. Regards

Nice and Clean, friendly Staff. Comfy bed. breakfast ok. No bar but restaurants and bars close enough. Good (if hot) gym.

Nice contemporary hotel with restaurant on site. It is located right at the Genova Sisters Ponente Marina. Hotel is NOT located in Genoa city. To get to the city you can drive by car 20 min, get a taxi for 20 euros one way or use regional train service (15 min walk to the train station + 20 min by train to Genova Principe station, cost 4EUR). Staff was friendly and helpful

Being right in a marina is nice however there is nothing there at all to do only a few restaurants

Thank you for your comment. we know that the area is rich only in restaurants that overlook the sea and the small port of Marina di Sestri. For more possibilities of visits, tours and entertainment you need to go to the city center or with your own vehicle (if available), or by taxi. We will be happy to welcome you again and why not, to be able to recommend the best places to visit during your stay.

The bed was not comfortable. The mattress was way too firm and instead of feeling softness it seemed like I was feeling metal springs. Also, while I was assured someone would be staffing the front desk 24/7, when I went to check out and ask for a taxi at 4:30AM, no one was there. I had no idea who to call for a taxi so I walked to the airport. Also I had to let myself out by unlocking with a key in the door but wasn't able to lock the door behind me. There was a sign on the counter saying to call a number for any assistance needed but I was unable to make a call with my cell phone. The nearby restaurants are closed for several hours in the afternoon and therefore none were open when I really wanted to have some food. There were many nice things about this property, but I wish I had stayed elsewhere.

Our reception is open 24h, probably our night receptionist didn't hear your call or the bell ring, we are really sorry about that. Here in Italy, almost all the restaurants close around 2.30 and open at 19.30, for closing again at 22.30. Greetings,

This property is nice, especially the in suite Turkish bath. However, I specifically booked here as they have an airport shuttle and I had a morning flight, but when I asked about arranging the shuttle after check in, I was informed the shuttle doesn’t run on weekends. Had I known this, I would have stayed in another part of the city where I could walk to things and see the city. The marina is pretty isolated and doesn’t let you really experience Genoa and it’s a bit too far away from things to walk.
