Convenient short stay in Geneva downtown.

Convenient location close to the central station in Geneva just minutes (walking) from the lake. The room was good and it had a fridge. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The only downside was the floor-style air conditioner that didn't work well -- made noise but not the cool air. Also, the area where the hotel is located is not the best in town.

Great location for everything- food, transportation, souvenirs, landmarks. Breakfast was good too to fuel your day. Would come back.

Certain areas such as the bathroom and stairwell need to be updated. But the bedroom was nice and comfortable, as well as being clean. Breakfast was a little basic but good quality.

Chose only when you have no other option

Generally, the stay was just ok, not the worst i had experienced but the price during this peak period was extremely high, so high that I had to pay somewhat like USD450 / CHF400 which was ridiculous for such quality hotel which is at a red light district in Geneva. Basically, the only good thing is convenience as the place is only 5-10 minutes walk to Geneva train station. There are quite a few good restaurants around.

The host was amazing. He was extrememly helpful and pleasant, and offered lots of useful information about local spots and transportation. The shower had the best water pressure I’d had in weeks.

Noisy but very nice for the price.

Rooms were about dated compared to the lobby area, but very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The only reason I did not give it a full 5 stars is because there are (maybe homeless) or people out in the street all night screaming at each other, so it was impossible to sleep. We leaving the hotel always go left… going to the right is a little sketchy. Probably the same people up all night causing all the noise.

Very basic, hotel front door left unlocked 24/7. Luggage hood room near front door unlocked. Lots of shouting from other rooms. Nobody let me know I could get a free transport pass. Very friendly front of house staff. Really close to the lake and train station very handy location

Central and easy to reach

The check in was very pleasant. The rooms are a bit small and I am not sure what is better between a normal and a comfort room. Requesting a late check out was rather difficult but we at least go 30 min. more. More time would have been appreciated as did not feel well. The location or district is not ideal for families but it is very central and the place is good for a overnight business trip. Parking overnight on the street was possible and for day time there is a parking garage.

The room was slightly better than expected! Pretty clean and decent size. I searched for properties on Expedia with a filter for hotels that have an air conditioner, and this one popped up. However, there is no AC so we had a pretty hot night. Because of this, we had the window open which meant we get very little sleep due to the constant noise coming from outside. This was louder than the usual city street din but people yelling, loud music, tires screeching, etc. Would never stay there again but if you’re on a budget, it’s not a bad place.
