Hotel Dormero di Gellersen

"The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was lovely--clean and beautiful. I absolutely would stay there again. My only hesitation to give five stars was that our room was up stairs not completely accessed by the elevator, which was difficult for us on account of our heavy bags. (We're not spring chickens!) Also, because the air conditioning was not working well, they added a portable air conditioner (which we did appreciate) which required that a window be left open for the exhaust hose....

"I did feel an issue in that the reception was only maned a few hours a day. If you had a small question you had to March over to the sister Hotel down the road.. On a positive note otherwise the Hotel was excellent and I would recommend it"

"Das Personal war super freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Einen kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es allerdings: Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren es bis zu 38 °C, sodass es im Zimmer ziemlich warm wurde. Ein Ventilator war zwar vorhanden, konnte die Hitze aber leider nicht wirklich ausgleichen. Auch der kleine Kühlschrank hat kaum gekühlt. Normalerweise dürfte das in Deutschland kein großes Problem sein, da solche Temperaturen eher die...
