Hotel was in a good location for us to board the sprit of Tasmania. It’s a basic and dated hotel but it was okay for what we needed.

Rydges Geelong
Basic comfortable room, however no cutlery for eating delivered/takeout meals. Facility clean and inviting. Unfortunately walls are thin and the neighboring room had very noisy guests, who laughed and spoke loudly all night and early the next morning, making it hard to get a good night rest.

Staff was unhelpful during check-in. Did not mention many things - i did not know that breakfast was provided and she was in a rush to get rid of me. No toothpaste or toiletries or microwave. Walls are thin, I could hear my neighbours clearly. Reception is a drive away from room which is not helpful. ...

Admiralty Inn
With breakfast included in the room rate for us it was a no brainer to have a cooked breakfast. It was willingly prepared hot and tasty. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
