No information was provided in room regarding facilities available. Basic tea and coffee making facilities but nothing extra, like a biscuit! Some information on local facilities etc would have been appreciated. More effort was put into inviting us to a opportunities evening than providing facilities etc in a room that was extremely overpriced when compared to other places we have stayed at in recent times."
