Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Misleading Information and Additional Charges at Hotel Virat Inn Dear Expedia Customer Service, I trust this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding a recent booking experience through Expedia at Hotel Virat Inn in Gaya, with booking reference number 72808137801065. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was shocked to discover an unexpected additional charge for the use of air conditioning in the room. Despite booking through Expedia, neither during the booking process nor in the confirmation email was it mentioned that there would be an extra fee for utilizing the air conditioning. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and has severely impacted my trust in Expedia's services. Furthermore, when I raised this issue with the hotel management, they forced me to pay extra 500 INR. Meanwhile I checked with Expedia customer service agent, and she confirmed that air conditioning is included in your booking. Subsequently, hotel management took the extreme measure of putting their hotel under maintenance and removing air conditioning from the listed amenities this is also confirmed by your representative. This revelation not only showcases a blatant disregard for honesty and transparency but also raises serious concerns about the integrity of the hotels listed on Expedia. As a loyal customer, I have always relied on Expedia to provide accurate information and facilitate seamless bookings.

Nightmare
This hotel was a nightmare. Worst experience in many years of travel. It is misrepresented online. Staff was suspicious and hostile. No AC. Filthy. No lift. Mosquitoes everywhere. Had to leave. No refund. Consider yourself warned.

I booked this hotel alone but my friends were having a separate booking in this same hotel. Stayed for one night with my wife. Hotel looks new from outside. It seems it has been renovated recently. Inside look is also good . Rooms are ok to stay.service was fast and quick. They arranged us a cab for sightseeing also driver was good to explain us the location.

Good property to stay in
Stayed with my family for one night. This hotel is located near to gaya station. Its safe to check in late as the location is in a good places. Rooms are ok to stay washrooms are clean and maintained. Food available was fine and taste was good enough.

One night at gaya
A night stay at viraat hotel. Close to station with good rooms. Hot shower was working fine,staffs were polite and helpful.Lift was available Recommended to travellers for stay.

Help me out when i was stuck somewhere
Hotel is really nice. Location is near to station. Staff members helped me when i was on the way to my hotel. My car breakdown but when i informed them they arranged me for pick up. Great. Will recommend this hotel

Hotel just opposite railway station..
Hotel is situated in a quiet place near to station. Hotel staffs are friendly and ready to help. Rooms were good and nice Lift was available

Some of the good hotels i stayed in india
I had been India for 15days tour and this hotel was one of the nice hotel i ever visited. Location is near to station in a quit location. Rooms are nice and good. Hot shower was available. Rooms has a openable window. Staffs are helpful. Property is well maintained
