Excellent budget hotel.

Had no problems at hotel. Got dropped off at Café Coffee Day junction for visit to Mahabodhi temple and picked up from same place for free. Breakfast adequate and wholesome. Helpful receptionist and other staff. Nice quiet area. Smooth Wi-fi. Mattresses of adequate quality, no bedbugs. Bathroom has running hot water.

This place was exactly like described. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was quite good and the staff was super helpful. We liked that it was not in the center of town and enjoyed the quiet walks to and from the hotel which was only about 10 minutes. We would absolutely stay here again! The laundry service however was pricey.

Reach the hotel and no room was given without explanation. Make me wait for half an hour and send me to another shabby lodging house and claim to be a hotel of same standard. I did not stay in as it is located in a dark,dirty and unsafe place. I am now lodging a formal complaint of the unprofessional and unethical way they this hotel treating their customer. Please investigate on this matter and looking forward to a formal reply from Expedia.

Staff is not supportive

1) Hotel is far from Railway Station and Airport. 2) Staff is not supportive at all. 3) Check-in before couple of hours is not allowed they asked for extra charge. (Please book if the connected train or flight timing adhere to check-in and check-out timing) 4) No Pickup or Drop faculties provided (They will ask for extra money even for sneezing)
