"Staff is friendly and accommodating. My only recommendation would be to be just focus on being a professional host and avoid inconveniencing guests due to religious festivals (such as delaying time of included breakfast) Having said that, for people who don’t mind that aspect I would say this is a very nice place to stay in the heart of Bengaluru! Keep up the friendly hospitality!"

"Property was clean and very near Majestic. Air-conditioning, Staff were all excellent and it seemed popular with young professional/ local travelers. But it is at the end of a narrow alley that allows only one automobile at a time. Many times Uber/cabs didn't want to come in through the alley to pick up/drop off."

"I booked and prepaid my stay at this hotel about a week prior and had it confirmed. When I arrived, they refused to check me in because I was a foreigner. They claimed they aren't licensed to accommodate international/foreign visitors. They argued that they tried to call me, but I could not be reached. I only have an international phone number and it's not able to pick up calls while I'm abroad, but they couldn't have emailed or messaged alternatively? They recommended me another hotel that was...
