"Pretty surroundings"

"The property itself is beautiful, with well-designed grounds and very attractive, clean rooms. The overall setting and aesthetics meet expectations for a high-end resort. However, the service experience did not match a five-star standard. The hotel felt overcrowded during our stay, with noticeably more guests than the infrastructure seemed to support. "Gorgeous hotel and a lovely stay. The staff were very accommodating and while we did have a problem with our room- a leak from an air con unit- they were not in control of- they were quick to move us to another room. Food was good- with three restaurants to choose from. The gym facilities were excellent and the indoor pool a welcome extra as we visited at the end of October. Mornings could be a bit chilly but the afternoons were beautiful and spent by the outdoor pools. Would recommend."

"Great location for Ronda old town. Follow instructions for nearby parking at a discount from the hotel. Staff are very nice and provide a good breakfast. "
