"Be prepared for check-in to take awhile if you book through expedia. Front desk is not trained to handle that.
Our room was ready early, 1 of the few good things.
We went to the water park area only to discover that at least half the water areas were closed. We went to the small rooftop pool which was extremely crowded since almost everything else was closed.
Several slides were open but that was it. It is ridiculous to pay for a water park stay & they be inoperational.

"Staff was so nice about the indoor pool being closed. That was my only complaint and they took care of me. The lazy river was great. I’ll definitely stay here for every pigeon forge trip I take. "
