"2nd time here! Clean room, while dated was nice and well stocked with the essentials we needed. Staff was friendly and kind! The piano players in the morning and evening were amazing and a great surprise!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Wish there were a few more additions to the menu but the ones they had to choose from were delish! My favorite was the chicken milanese of all. Victor was an attentive waiter. Great staff and facility! We even caught 2 sightings of black bears while at the property!"

"The Westgate Resort property is very beautiful and well maintained. There is no charge for parking but there is a daily resort fee, which we knew prior to booking. There is a pool, fitness center and spa on the property which we did not use but they looked very nice. We ate at the onsite restaurant called Southern Comfort. The breakfast menu was limited and the food was underwhelming, especially compared to the various breakfasts we enjoyed in Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. All the staff at the resort were friendly & helpful. The shuttle around the property and to the trolley stop was nice since walking the hilly property can be a challenge. Overall we enjoyed our stay!!"

"This is an excellent place to stay we arrived in town at a hotel that we had reserved once we got to the hotel we checked it out it's very dirty and overrated so we got on the internet located Park Tower hotel reserve the rooms and everything was very nice clean bed was comfortable balcony was nice all the staff was extremely nice he's under construction but they're doing a update on it other than that parking was nice if I'm back in town I will consider stayinhotel there again I 1ive this hotel a 8.5 out of 10 rating"
