The property was private - next cabin was several yards away. The directions to get the cabin were very poor. Had to stop and ask how to get there. The carpeting in the cabin had stains, the TV reception was poor, the internet connection was extremely slow. Loved the privacy!!!

Cabin was beautiful, spacious, located in a beautiful area, nice amenities just some did not work as well as they could have. It would have been truly "Almost Heaven" if the following things could have been, fixed, replaced, improved upon: 1. Bed (box springs collapsed so bed sagged badly in the middle) 2. Outdoor hot tub worked but only for 10 or so minutes did the jets work at full capacity(maybe instructions would help) 3. indoor Jacuzzi tub jets didn't work at all 4. trim trees just off the deck for better view of mountains 5. clean glass on mountain view side of cabin. We enjoyed our stay, but would find somewhere else next time knowing what we know now.

Hottub not working right. TV did not work bathtub not working right. For the momey I paid it was unxceptable We lelt a day early do to the cabins aminity were broke.

I love how remote this property was. It was pretty clean but there were a few bugs and one heck of a spider we saw when we left. The waterfall didn’t work and the hot tub jets were broke. Besides this, it was pretty nice.

The scenery was beautiful and very private. The cabin was clean and we had a very enjoyable stay! The only problem was the 2 downstairs fans wouldn’t work, there was a broken cue stick (so only one to play pool, there was only one decent chair to sit on out on the porch and the hot tub had way too much chemicals in it that you couldn’t even get in it.

The property overall wasn’t too bad. A few updates would be nice, the dryer didn’t work and the trees off the back porch need cut back they block your view. Also, the photos on Expedia showed there being a loft and there was definitely not a loft in it. Then, on our last night about midnight a truck showed up and sat in our driveway for a while then backed out and sat at the end of our driveway because they double booked it for the last night. We were in the middle of no where(and I’m from the country so the middle of no where is literally the middle of nowhere) so that was a little unnerving.

When we got there the AC was not on. Was 80 degrees when it was a hot summer day. Tried to turn it on but we could not figure it out. Called maintenance, who showed up after we were gone for the day and came back later at night. Fixed it and replaced it so it "would not be so confusing." Which is great, but sounded condescending. The AC came on, but was incredibly weak. Cooled down to about 78 overnight. Called maintenance again and they told it was probably frozen over from me turning the AC down to 70 so it tried to overcool. Did not say anyone would be out there. Got back that afternoon, and it was up to 85. Called them back and they tried a few instructuons but non helped. When i called again they said maintenance would be by in the morning because they could not get a hold of him. So we just left a day early because they said we could get a refund for that night. Which they did, bur after fees it was about $70 less than what we were actually paying per day. Cabins are gorgeous. But, have some issues. Bugs are inevitable but I killed more than 10 spiders in two days. The large bath tub has a waterfall that does not work. No blinds or curtains covering bathroom window? Grill was rusted and had broken pieces inside of it. Its just sad because we loved it so much but could not enjoy it. If they had everything fixed it would easily have been a 5/5 stay.

Wasn't able to check in until 2 hours after check in time because cabin was not clean and had to change cabins because of ant infestation in original cabin but everything else was fine housekeeping was very nice

I loved the location. The yard had a hot tub cover laying in it, the tv is an old box tv, there isn’t any WiFi and the fountain into the jacuzzi tub was broke. Overall it was relaxing and clean but it could definitely use some updating

The views from this cabin are spectacular! The cabin is very high up the mountain and you can see for miles. The check in/out process was very odd in that you didn’t sign anything, no ID was required. They gave us the key and directions and that was it. A little perturbed that you have to haul your own trash all the way back to the office when you are paying cleaning fees to stay there. The cabin itself is nice but could definitely use some TLC and updating. The carpets were stained, there are cracked floor tiles, only some of the hot tub jets work, and the shelves in the bathroom were about to fall off the wall. Nothing that was a big deal, just needs some attention. The bed however was another story. The mattress was in horrible shape and the bedding wasn’t any better. We literally had a sheet and a “bedspread” as thick as the sheet. No extra blankets in the cabin. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We will be back to the area again! But probably in a different cabin.

Great views and the log construction of the buildings is just amazing NOTE: We were in Cabin "AMERICA"; not all cabins are the same. Two jacuzzi tubs, one inside (not so powerful) and one outside on front deck; nice power but controls are getting worn, was still wonderful. Great log bed, beautiful fireplace; a pool table upstairs in the loft, nice kitchenette. We had a TOM/Gobbler Turkey roost outside the house Friday night and woke at 6:30 am Saturday Morning to see him in FULL STRUT on the road below us.. with about 5 females; enjoyed watching that with coffee. :) Checking in and out fairly simple. We left at 6:30 am Sunday to beat the nasty storm coming...

Cute but needs some repairs

Great location. Just 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. The cabin needed some maintenance though. Broken tiles, missing blinds, and the rail on the back porch needs to be repaired badly. There were exposed nails. The cabin itself was really cute and private. The view was really nice as well.

Beautiful mountain views!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. The location of the cabin was perfect with beautiful views! The cabin was huge! The hot tub needed some minor updates but other than that, I would recommend these cabins to anyone. We will be back!
