"the fact that the Bergbahnen tickets were included, and also the termal spa made this a good deal. Hotel is clean and well maintained We hade an apartment for the family. Think that breakfast should have been included Can absolutely recommend it"

Das Angebot an Essen war hervorragend, geschmacklich sehr gut und für die Kinder gab es jeden Abend ein Kinderbuffet. Die Gegend läd zu vielen verschiedenen Unternehmungen ein, auch die Touri und das Hotel bieten Veranstaltungen und Wanderungen an. Der unbegrenzte und kostenlose Zugang zum Thermalbad hat diesen Urlaub einfach perfekt gemacht."

"Eine verdunkelungs Gardine hatte keine funktion. Beim frühstücksbuffett fehlte die loebe am Detail. Käse und Wurstwaren wurden als klotz hingelegt bzw. Aus der packung so abgelegt. Sah nicht ansprechend aus. Man musste öfters darauf hinweisen, dass einige sachen schon vergriffen waren. Und was total irritierend war ist, dass es kaffeekapseln zu €1.50 das stück zu erwerben war wenn man ein "guten" Kaffee trinken möchte. Wir finden, das sollte inkl. sein, oder deutlich günstiger. Ansonsten waren...
