Property itself was cute with the “antique” vibe, but that’s about it. They had no breakfast as they claimed, no coffee, no water….no local businesses for even convenience. Rooms looked like a haunted asylum, windows were filthy, and the bathroom was ehhh. No one at front desk, no one to ask if everything was good. This would be more akin to a shoddy air bnb as opposed to a hotel or even lodge. Overall the stay was mediocre at best. I wouldn’t recommend this place nor would I stay here again. BOOO

Cool place to stay
The room was very comfortable and had plenty of room for both of us. The bed was comfortable as well. The staff very helpful. The only thing we would have like was a desk chair. The pictures of the prior school were very interesting.

Ten stars! Amazing restoration, off the charts menus, history and hospitality what more can you ask? What a gem! Can’t wait to get back!

We love this property! They even have a restaurant and bar. Hotel is lovely!

The property is nice they integrated the history into the the hotel so people can see what it was like as a blind school

This place was so cool!!! Clean! Great history, beautiful property, and one of the best vacation meals I've had at their restaurant! Highly rec if looking for a venue or family reunion!
