A fantastic place. Perfect location in the city. Wonderful old building with loads of character, renovated to a very high standard. Bar / restaurant is a great place to be. All the staff were fantastic, attentive and friendly. Food is superb. Will stay there again.

We had a canceled flight TWICE and miss my flight to Barcelona TWICE I had called the hotel. They were NOT accommodating at all and refused to refund or change the reservation. They kept blaming Expedia but after speaking to Expedia, they let me know it was the HOTEL that refused to refund or make any changes for us, in which the management eventually admitted to. They also lied about the hotel being fully booked bc I was able to find rooms that night our flight was canceled. We had stayed for 3 nights and it was not a pleasant stay from start to end. The inflexibility of the staff does not make me want to go back here, which I intended to.
