The concierge was on a personal call when we arrived adn didn't bother to end the call or at least put it on hold and put it away for a minute. She was nice enough but it just wasn't very professional and kind of made me feel like we were intudng on her time"

"King size bed very comfortable, a good sleep, cleanliness passible, could give a good spring clean up to the washroom floors and baseboards, tile grout dirty. And toilet needs to be adjusted as it’s wobbly, noisy when you finally sat on it. Rip up carpet in bedroom, or do a good shampoo to cleanse it. We didn’t have the breakfast, and complimentary coffee in room isn’t very good, probably the coffee machine needs cleaning??. Staff one lady at entrance /check-in very pleasant. Would I stay here again, probably not. "
