"The hotel is very nice with lovely rooms and amenities. The pool area was nicely done. The king size bed was extremely uncomfortable however which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. The food in the bar was basic and the flies present in the lobby made for an uncomfortable eating experience. Overall would give it 8/10"

"The property is in need of renovation, towels were very old and disintegrating, breakfast was good, but very slow service ,need more staff, I was surprised of the property condition considering it is five star.
Will not recommend it. The location is great to explore Provence."

"We booked the largest suite for 5 nights many months in advance because we were traveling as a family, with elders. We called in prior to inquire about accessibility. The front desk staff assured us all would be well; it was not.
